Artists, musicians, and creatives are peppered along my family line, not only inspiring but assisting the emergence of my artistic awareness at a young age. Later broadened by travel, my art that began as a childhood exploration matured into a lifelong sojourn.
In 2002, I enrolled in Southern Oregon Art Academy. 2004-2005 found me living in England and absorbing the artistic influences of travels to Bosnia, Germany, and Italy. I returned to the states and opened a studio from which I did part-time freelance work.
In 2012, I opened a studio in the O'kane building of downtown Bend, Oregon and made the step to becoming a full time artist. In 2014, I moved to southern Oregon and found my journey with art evolve further as I had my son and was moved into the emotional palettes of watercolors.
This road of artistic endeavor is ever beckoning me onward and I invite you along to experience these challenges and joys through my artwork.
